3 night minimum stay required.
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of one night's stay or 25% of the total qouted rate whichever is greater. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30
days prior to your arrival date. Once this deposit is received we will send a confirmation letter. If you do not receive a confirmation letter from us within 3 days of making the
deposit please contact us.
The deposit should be made via Paypal by clicking on the link below. If you prefer
to make a deposit via bank transfer please contact us for bank information.
**Final payments should be paid at check in and can be paid in cash - pesos or dollars (there are several ATMS in town), travelers checks or credit card - Visa or Mastercard only. TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTED RATES (15% SALES TAX + 3% HOTEL TAX) BUT DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED IF PAID IN CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS.**
